These terms cover the use of this website and any table you request through it. They are written to be read, not to be got past.
About these terms
This website is operated by PAPI, a bar and lounge at Papi Saigon, 123 Le Loi Blvd, SGN. By using the site or sending us a table request, you are agreeing to what follows.
How we handle the information you give us is a separate document — our privacy policy, at /privacy.
Reservations are requests
This is the most important clause on the page, so it is near the top. Sending the form does not book you a table. It sends us a request.
We call you back on the number you gave us to confirm the time and assign a table. Until we have spoken to you, nothing is held for you. The reference code the site shows you after you submit is there so we can find your request quickly — it is not a confirmation.
We may not be able to accept every request. Availability, party size and the state of the night all come into it, and we may offer you a different time instead. The form takes parties of up to 20; above that it stops being a table and becomes an event, so please call us.
Changes, cancellations and late arrival
If your plans change, call us on +84 909 766 969. The sooner you tell us, the more likely we can give the table to someone else.
We hold a confirmed table for a reasonable period past the time you booked, after which we may release it. We will confirm the exact allowance when we call you.
Admission and conduct
A confirmed table does not override our right to refuse or end admission. We may do so where someone is behaving in a way that puts our staff or other guests at risk, or where the law requires it of us.
We ask that you treat our staff and the other guests with courtesy. That is the whole of our conduct policy.
Age and alcohol
We serve alcohol, and we do not serve it to anyone under 18. We may ask you for identification, and we may refuse service if you cannot produce it.
We may also refuse service to anyone who is already intoxicated. This is not a judgement of you — it is a duty we owe you and everyone else in the room.
Our menu, events and prices
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but a bar changes faster than a website. Drinks run out, suppliers change, and events move or are cancelled.
So: what you see here is an invitation to visit, not a binding offer. Prices, menu items and event listings may change without notice, and the prices charged at the venue are the ones that apply.
Our content
The photographs, text, logo and design of this site belong to PAPI or to the partners who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read, link to and share our pages.
You may not take our photographs or copy for your own commercial use without asking us first. Partner and brand marks shown on this site remain the property of their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to our social media accounts, and we may link to partners. Once you follow a link away from here you are on someone else’s site, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we are not responsible for what is there.
Availability of this site
We would like this site to be available all the time, and we do not promise that it will be. We may take it down for maintenance, and it may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
If the site is down and you want a table, call us on +84 909 766 969. The phone is the older technology and the more reliable one.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for what we get wrong, to the extent the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did — for example a business opportunity missed because a table was unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. When we do, we will change this page and move the date at the top of it. The terms that apply to your table are the ones published when you sent the request.
